BAS®Crete FC - Fast Setting Elastomeric Concrete

​BAS®Crete FC is a fast setting elastomeric concrete that is supplied in kit form. It is a self-leveling, three component, modified urethane system developed for use with specially blended aggregates. BAS®Crete FC is primarily used as a nosing/header material. BAS®Crete FC has the unique ability to absorb energy from impact (Dynamic) loads and disperse this energy throughout the header material, reducing cracking and spalling. It has excellent adhesion to asphalt, concrete, and steel surfaces. For application at a minimum of 7°C ambient and surface temperatures.​
RECOMMENDED FOR:
  • As an expansion joint header/nosing for various expansion joint systems (Bridges / Carparks)
  • Spall repair of existing joint headers/nosing applications.
  • Bridges / Roadways / Motorways / Highways
  • Airport runways /aprons / tarmac areas
  • Commercial Structures
