Picture
BRAND NEW TECHNOLOGY!

BAS®Crete EC is supplied in kit form as 100% solids, self-leveling, three component, modified urethane system developed for use with specially blended aggregates. BAS®Crete EC is primarily used as a nosing/header material. BAS®Crete EC has the unique ability to absorb energy from impact (Dynamic) loads and disperse this energy throughout the header material, reducing cracking and spalling. It has excellent adhesion to asphalt, concrete, and steel surfaces. For application at a minimum of 4.5°C ambient
and surface temperatures.

RECOMMENDED FOR:
  • As an expansion joint header/nosing for various expansion joint systems (Bridges / Carparks)
  • Spall repair of existing joint headers/nosing applications.
  • Bridges / Roadways / Motorways / Highways
  • Airport aprons / tarmac areas
  • Commercial Structures
FEATURES Include:
  • 3-Component Kit – Pre-measured ratios allow for easy mixing in the field. No proportioning required
  • Large yield per Kit - means less mixing onsite required, improving your projects QA.
  • New easy mix technology – designed to make onsite mixing easier on both equipment and labour
  • Fast cure/set time – Allows for quick return to service in as little as 2 hours after placement
  • Extended pot life – allows for greater time to place without compromising final set up time.
  • Absorbs traffic impact loads
  • Toughness – It has tremendous physical properties allowing for deflection under load without destroying the matrix
